"Oh my goodness" Hermione looked horrified tried to drag the huge Christmas tree, the Ron and Hugo just join forces in the living room. "What have you bought for a monster!"
She looked at Rose, who shrugged his shoulders helplessly. Hermione had sent her daughter with her father and brother in the hope of the Christmas tree now that it would slow them.
Hermione would even like to come along, but they had still urgently need to work on one case and therefore not managed. As it now but watched as Ron and Hugo is so labored that much to set up large tree in her modest high living room, she wished with all my heart that it would still come along.
"I've told you that is too high," Rose said, shaking his head and crossed his arms over his chest, to be not even invited to the Volunteer. She had long tried to persuade her father, Hugo, but the two were in the second in which she saw the tree had have been thrilled by it. All of Roses arguments were bounced off them.
"I'm sorry, Mum," said Rose, and stood next to Hermione. "I've really tried. But you know the two, yes. "
laughing Hermione put an arm around her daughter and nodded. "Right." She drew her wand. "Ron, that does not make sense," she cried to her husband. "Let me conjure up the tree a foot or less."
Ron shook his head. "I got it measured exactly. Which must fit in here ", he protested decisively. "Hugo pulling him a little bit to the right."
Hugo put over backward and almost slipped on the carpet. But the fact that he had inadvertently pushed the carpet to the side, the tree now actually fit in the room. The peak was only three millimeters away from the ceiling.
"Well then," Ron said triumphantly and looked satisfied with the stately fir. "But I did know that that fits."
Hermione shook her head and gave her husband a kiss. "You're right. He really fits. But only a scarce. "
Ron shook his head. "I told you that I measured it. But, my lady's daughter, of course, I do not believe it. "Reproachfully, he looked at Rose.
"Sorry, Daddy," she said contrite. She stood on tiptoe and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Ron smiled at her conciliatory. He could not be angry. Rose had wound him since the day she was born around her little finger.
Hugo shook the pine needles from his hair and looked admiringly at the tree. "He's great, right?"
Hermione nodded. Great he really was. Beautifully grown. A gorgeous green. Stable branches that would keep the heavier balls. Their husbands had chosen well. Although it would have done even a small tree.
She pointed to the boxes with the jewelry, which she had brought from the attic after they had worked through their files. "You can not ever begin to decorate it."
thrilled the two children rushed to the boxes and brought to light the jewelry, they had crafted a few years ago in kindergarten itself . The stars and Santas and angels while all were not perfect, but the two had been really hard and hung them proudly each year to the tree. And Ron never forgot every visitor, they had the time to point out in detail.
"You missed us today," Ron whispered to her.
Hermione looked at him stirred. "Really?"
"Yes," Ron said, grinning. "Without your nagging, it was not the same. Although Rosie has worked hard to represent you. " Hermione punched him
playfully in the arm. "Idiot." She leaned her head on his shoulder and watched their two smiling children in how they decorate the tree. She loved her life.
